In a bizarre partnership that defies conventional predictions, the game developer has unveiled an in-game collaboration between Assassin's Creed Shadows and the popular anime series Attack on Titan. The unusual Thanksgiving event operates from November 25 through December 22, including no-cost extra story content for Shadows players.

According to the official release, "A mysterious meeting draws characters Naoe and Yasuke into a fresh adventure, where whispers of banned rituals and monstrous metamorphoses reverberate through the darkness." The narrative features a "oddly dressed woman named Ada" who tasks the duo with traveling into the Crystal Cave—a important location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her ally from a hidden sect.
The adventure concentrates on "bizarre tests and a terrifying adversary" and is open to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.
Recognizable Places and Changes
The teaser highlights the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was formerly where the Reiss royal family passed down the Founding Titan ability through eras. The preview concludes with a powerful scene showing a character, likely the captive, changing into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.
